Key Challenge

The project required full integration of concealed architectural elements —
including flush baseboards, hidden doors, recessed lighting, and ceiling niches.

Such systems demand exact alignment between all planes, as even minor deviations become visible through shadow lines and lighting transitions.

All structural and finishing stages were executed with strict control to maintain continuous geometry across the space.

Key Decision

A fully integrated system approach was implemented, combining structural framing, concealed detailing, and Level 5 surface preparation.

This allowed all architectural elements to read as a unified composition, without visible transitions or interruptions.

After

A clean, minimal interior defined by hidden detailing and precise surface control.

All elements — walls, ceilings, lighting, and transitions — operate as a single system,
with no visible inconsistencies under any lighting conditions.
